Red Lion Controls is an industrial data company located in multiple locations around the York, Pennsylvania area. Red Lion Controls develops and manufactures innovative products for factory automation, alternative energy, oil, and gas, power, utilities, transportation, water, and wastewater industry segments. While working at SAAarchitects, I had the opportunity to see this project from schematic design through construction. My duties were to create all the documents required for the construction of the new headquarters fit-out. This was a three-story fit-out of offices, labs, support spaces, meeting, and conference spaces for their new global headquartes. The building was previously a medical outpatient building.
